G10 Women files a notice of appeal against court decision on Elections date

The G10 women lead by the Centre for Rights Education and Awareness and the Caucus for Women’s Leadership will tomorrow file a Memorandum of Appeal against the Elections Date Ruling tomorrow -25th January, 2012 at 8.30 a.m. at the Court of Appeal (Formerly High Court and now the Supreme Law Courts)

This is because the women led organisations are dissatisfied with the decision of the Honourable Mr Justice Isaac Lenaola sitting with the Honourable Lady Justice Mumbi Ngugi and the Honourable Mr Justice David Majanja given at Nairobi on the 13th January 2012
